The weekend house Batiz is a single newly restored house for 7 people.

The weekend house is in the same court as the Mini apartment for two people.

Rooms and conveniences:

• one double room with one extra bed ( 30 € room / night)

• living room with two foldout couches for 5 people + TV

• WC and shower

• full convenience kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwawe

• in the garden is grill and garden furniture

• parking in the court

The price for the rent of the house / 7 people /:
Summer:          € 48 per night - House
Heating season: € 53 per night - House

We can rent part of the house:
Bedroom / 2 +1 / shower and TV, kitchen, toilet
Summer Prices: € 8 night - one person
during the heating season we rent the house for 24 € ( No matter the number of people!)
New Year's negotiated price  / attention: min. 5 nights and renting the whole house /
